09.10 Competition kata and kumite adults +14 yrs.

08.00-12.00 Registration Kristianstad Arena.
10.00-12.00 Weigh in Kristianstad Arena.
08.30-08.45 Coach meeting at D-hall warm up area
08.50-09.00 Ceremony and lineup for all competitors and coaches.
09.10 Parakarate, kata and kumite children 7-13 yrs

Vigtig info: 

To be a coach you have to be dressed in a tracksuit.
Make sure that parents and children NOT competing are in the stands. Competitors who are not competing stay in the stands or in the warm-up area. Prepare the competitors in advance with their equipment. If you don’t have a coach accreditation you don’t have the acces to enter the competition area.
